The shops are set up, but nothing has recorded what they list — so everything below will
say it found nothing, whatever you watch for. npm run poll -- --dry-run
deliberately writes nothing; a real pass is what fills this page:
cd /root/jellytrack && npm run poll -- --all
First pass over ~30 shops, a few minutes and ~15 MB, no proxy. It announces nothing: a shop's first poll finds its whole range at once, which is a shop being added rather than a hundred deliveries.
Type a word or two. Try it shows what it finds across every shop right now, before you commit to it — so you can see whether it is looking for the right thing.
Paste the shop's address. It fetches the front page once to work out what the shop runs on, and for Shopify finds its Jellycat collection — a few seconds, because it is two real requests to someone else's website.
A shop whose feed broke looks exactly like a shop with nothing in stock. That is what last ok and fails are for.
